BridgeTech Systems offers a comprehensive program of support services that include Help Desk, On-Site Support and Maintenance agreements. These services are often customized to meet each clients needs and requirements.

Help Desk

Our Help Desk facility is the central point for our customers to contact when a problem arises. The Help Desk Technician performs an initial assessment of the problem with the customer. If the Help Desk Technician decides the problem cannot be solved over the phone, a Support Specialist will be dispatched on-site to resolve the problem. BridgeTech's internal escalation procedure ensures problems are resolved in the shortest time possible.

On-Site Support

BridgeTech Systems team of Support Specialists are trained in a wide variety of products and are capable of supporting the diverse range of technologies that exist in today's business environments.

Our on-site support group works closely with the Help Desk Technician to resolve problems. Our internal escalation procedure ensures that the right level of technical resource is assigned to a particular problem. This ensures a resolution in the least amount of time possible.

We typically can have a technician on-site within 1 hour of notification from the Help Desk. We also provide on-site support to clients with offices outside of Ottawa, through relationships with third party support organizations.


BridgeTech Systems support team is made up of individuals with certifications in Microsoft, Novell Netware and Cisco. We also have expertise with major hardware vendors including IBM, Hewlett Packard/Compaq, Toshiba and 3Com.

BridgeTech Systems also builds and supports it's own line of workstations and servers. These systems are built with components from industry leading manufacturers such as Intel, AMD, Asus, Gigabyte, Adaptec, 3Com, Samsung, Panasonic, and Hewlett Packard. Block Time Maintenance

With a Block Time Maintenance Agreement, a customer purchases a "block" of time. This "time" is drawn upon, as technical services are requiried. This allows for worry free solutions when technical problems occur.

This agreement allows a customer to take advantage of the full spectrum of BridgeTech's technical expertise, while benefiting from a blended hourly rate. The hourly rates vary with the amount of hours purchased.
