Help Desk On-Site Support Our on-site support group works closely with the Help Desk Technician to resolve problems. Our internal escalation procedure ensures that the right level of technical resource is assigned to a particular problem. This ensures a resolution in the least amount of time possible. We typically can have a technician on-site within 1 hour of notification from the Help Desk. We also provide on-site support to clients with offices outside of Ottawa, through relationships with third party support organizations. |
